New DB Server questions

Thanks in advance for your input.

I am getting a dedicated DB server for our deployment.  HP 380 G6 Enterprise lvl server with 8 cores and 32G RAM.  Our current database is about 23G and from SQL SpotLight, the NPM Database gets the hardest hit at 85% of i/o.  What do you think about this configuration for the drives?

Where should I put the pagefile?

0-1 Mirror OS

2-3 Mirror TempDB

4-5 Mirror Logs

6-7 Mirror FG1-FG4

8-15 RAID10 NPM and ConfigDB

Drives 0-7 on RAID Controller A

Drives 8-15 on RAID Controller B

Also, I am thinking I will build out this server with Win2008 SQL2008.

I would create a separate drive and dedicate it just to pagefile and don't put any pagefiles on any other drive. But that is just my opinion.
