Downstream Nodes not pulling through NPM Solarwinds Orion software

I currently have a Casa systems CMTS the NPM doesn't want to pull the Downstream data has anyone else experinced this problem if so what was the fix?

Yes, on our c1gs (working with casa trying to find a solution for this) but we were able to upgrade the firmware of our c3200s and now the downstreams poll as well as our upstreams.
