Certificate monitoring

Is there anyway to monitor Certificate expatriation date for websites on App Services or external to your business?

Say I want to see when www.solarwinds.com cert is going to expire.

Yes, you can: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-to-Monitor-an-SSL-Certificate-and-Create-an-Alert-in-SolarWinds-SAM-When-There-Are-X-Days-Before-Expiration

I haven't figured out how to get Orion to pull details out of the Certificate Subject to make the alert go to the email address in the Cert Subject yet though.
