Centralized Upgrades in progress - No there's not!!

Anyone seen this issue before? When trying to run the latest Hotfix installer, it pops up saying "Centralized Upgrades in progress. It seems like you already have an active Centralized Upgrade session. To look at your update progress, launch the Orion web console using the button below" There is no upgrade in progress, and when I look at the available updates section on the Orion, there is nothing displayed and no option to cancel the non-existing upgrade. Is there value in the DB somewhere that toggles this? Thanks

Following Serena's comment:

In DB there is table SWA_InstallationSession, and if any row has IsActive field set to true - this means Centralized Upgrades are running. You can change that entry to unblock yourself.

Do you mean by that there is blank page there? Are you able to provide screenshot?

Hi Mike!

I'm sorry you're running into this issue. Do you mind sharing some more details about your environment? e.g. what version of the orion platform or what's in the footer of your web console?

Have you checked to see what's in the SWA_InstallationSession db table? What's shown in SWA_InstallationSession_OrionServers table?

Hi - details on the platform is as follows... Orion Platform 2018.4 HF3, IPAM 4.8.1 HF1, NCM 7.9, NPM 12.4, DPAIM 11.1.1, UDT 3.3.2, SAM 6.7.1, NetPath 1.1.4 In the SWA.InstallationSession table there was an entry from 2nd April which is Active. I have to leave for the day now, but will set to 0 tomorrow and try the HF4. Thanks Mike

nb. I had to also override NULL and enter a dummy end date too in SWA_InstallationSession table before it acknowledged the job was no longer in progress.
