Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and

This is the error: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close. and "The service did not respond to the start or control request in timely
fashion.

This error does not allow the ISS to work, and the Orion NPM web fails.

Someone knows this error and the solution?

I have not seen that error before, best bet to get resolution is going to be a support ticket
