Creating a Restricted View

Question

I want to create a restricted view for a specific user account that limits that user to only seeing IP Address Manager information. I have limited the view so that all of the other apps that we have are not displayed, but this account is still presented with the Home,     		     				Top 10     		     				Events,     		     				Alerts,     		     				Syslog,     		     				Traps     		     				Overview,     		     				Wireless     		     				Reports,     		     				Admin,     		     				and Help views. Is there a way to remove that entire line from an account? Ideally, the only option I want this user to have is "IP Address Manager".

Yes, I have selected "None" for every option except IPAM Summary View, it is set to IP Address Manager.  This does remove all of the other Modules links, but I still get the "VIEWS" toolbar  with links to: Home Top 10 Events Alerts Syslog Traps Overview Wireless Reports Admin Help. I would like a view that has no "Views" toolbar and Only "IP Address Manager" listed.

Have you looked in Admin -> Customize Menu Bar where you can create a new one and then associate that to the users account?
