Is there a way to set a stagnant value on the X axis of a graph?

I'm trying to set the x axis to the max bandwidth on a particular interface for graph reporting purposes. Is there a way to do that?

Unfortunately not as present. Export to excel and subsequent manipulation would likely be the best fit at the moment.
