Feature Request: HeartBeat Alert

I know this can be "rigged" in a few different ways but they seem to be hit and miss and unreliable. It would be great if there were a built in "heartbeat" alert that would go out every XX hours/days etc so those monitoring the Orion system know all is good.

Why is it hit and miss and unreliable? What modules do you own?

It was unreliable and would come at different times and sometimes twice. I just thought it would be nice if there were a canned alert for it since people seem to ask for it a good bit here.

An easily configuration "heartbeat" action which can trigger an SMS would be a godsend. I've just spent over an hour creating, testing and tweaking to get something like this in place. It shouldn't be this difficult.
