Automatically detect new volume on existing node

Not sure if this is SAM or NPM, but there has to be a better way to monitor a new volume after it has been added to an existing node automatically. Currently we have to log in and add the new volume manually, which is fine for a small set of servers, but not as nice for several hundred. Can SAM/NPM find and add these automatically as they are detected?

I've had this problem for a couple thousand machines as I had an ansible script to auto install the agent on all linux machines on the network, there were a lot plus more that were already added that no one added the resources.  what I did is use "Network Discovery" and set to automatically add the volumes and interfaces upon discovery. since we are just using the agent, I have a schedule for each polling engine and to scan all agents associated.  I have it run every night and it adds new new volumes as it finds them.  if you have containers running where it adds ephemeral volumes, you can set a script to remove all volumes with that certain pattern.
