I Will like to keep the stat rolling on major WAN interfaces.

I just fine with the global setting to the rest.

Is there a way?

I just want to keep full SNMP  stat of my WAN links.

I hope there was something without FR.

If you're looking for real-time or nearly real-time on a WAN interface, I'd recommend using the Netflow Traffic Analyzer from Solarwinds (NTA).  It will give you up-to-date and in depth interface statistics along with traffic statistics as well.  Give the trial a shot and see if that's what you're looking for.
