SCP/SFTP won't start error 1053

I am trying to start the SFTPSCP services and I got the error 1053 from Windows services, even when I tried to launch the Solarwinds SFTP& SCP server, won't even load it. I am attaching some pictures really need some help. I even tried to set services to "Automatic" still not working.
