I'm currently running Orion SLX - Orion Version 8.5.1 - October 2007 (I believe this is SP3)
I have several advanced alerts that have enabled the "Do not execute this Action if the Alert has been Acknowledged" in the alert escalation options. I'm finding that the acknowledgments are resetting/clearing after a random period of time. Sometimes within 24 hours and sometimes on a more weekly basis causing my alerts to re-trigger.
I haven't had any luck searching through the threads for a solution to this auto-unack situation. Has anyone else had this issue?
