Warning /up warning / up all niight

I have a few nodes, mostly Nortel contivity and Powerware UPS that seem to "flap" all night with the warning /up, The nodes seem fine, any ideas on how to fix this problem?

I also seem to get three alerts for every incident, same time stamp etc.
