Synthetic End User Monitor - internal and external checks

Greetings!

I've been playing around with SEUM and am looking to setup two different checks on the same website.  One check will be testing the site internally and one via the Internet.  The problem is that the websites all use the same IP and rely on host header to be sent to the correct virtual host.  Has anyone set something like this up without setting up a second SEUM server?
