I upgraded from Orion 8.0x to the newest 8.5 today. As I discovered during the install, a previous co-worker installed it on the c:\ (which has limited space). I took advantage of the provided "Install too" option during the upgrade, and installed it on the much larger e:\ partition.
Afterwords, everything initially looked clean. The web console worked. Went into the System Manager, and it looked clean. Then I went to open up Map maker, which bombed with a 430 error message. Tried it from the newly self-created desktop icon which bombed as well. Then I discovered the shortcut was pointing to the c;\. I double checked system manager, it showed as version 8.0, but the Polling software was 8.5. I closed out, opened up System manager from the E:\, and it came up 8.5.
So now I have what appears to be one fully working version off the E:\ drive, with a @#$load of half working applications on the C:\. I can just imagine the future errors and grief I'll now receive. Is there a recommended/known clean up tool for this?
