Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
Header graphic keeps changing

I changed the Site Logo URL to use our company's logo. Every time the monitoring server is restarted, the setting reverts back to the default. Why?

Glenn,
I tried to modify this page as well and failed. Support told me they did some encryption job with this page, and you can not modify it.
that's what I know so far,

Then why do they give you the option to change it? In settings, there's an option to point to a different logo graphic. Why have the option there if it isn't going to let you use it?

Ours had done the same thing. I simply changed the name of it though to SolarWinds.Logo.jpg. This is the default name Solarwinds uses for its file. I renamed their file and changed the name of mine to the above name.

That's really strange....
The Web Site Logo is stored in the SQL Database WebSettings table. You can view or change it using the Database Manager.

I'm new to Solarwinds and this forum so please bear with me as I'm 'learning as I go'... I found this thread, and I want to place our company logo on the top of each page. Unfortunately, I'm just not getting it. I've investigated the option under SETTINGS, have also attempted to rename the Solarwinds.logo.jpeg (although I see it in several locations), etc. but nothing I do seems to have the desired results. I'm also a novice at SQL, but took a look at the WebSettings table using the Database Manager, but I'm getting nowhere fast. Could someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!
