Hi all,
Needing to see if there's something i should do differently to make it list the processes show in the alert more consistently? They display about one out of every 10 alerts. I tried increasing the time between the email from 4 min to 8 min and doesn't seem to really help. Below is the config. Anyone who may be willing to share their setup would be much appreciated!

TEST High CPU Utilization with Top 10 Processes
Description of alert:This alert reports the percentage of CPU usage for servers which exceed an acceptable threshold. It also shows the top ten processes running to help you troubleshoot as to why this alert was triggered.

Node - CPU Load - is greater than or equal to - 95

Nodes Custom Properties - group_name- is equal to - 1
Reset Condition:
When the trigger condition is no longer true
Trigger Action:
Escalation Level 11.
