NPM web console not open, but mails trigger no problem

i installed solarwinds orion npm 9.5. in windows server 2003 R2 standard 32 bit. most of the times web console not opening.

web console opening after the server reboot. during that time mails triggering. web console only not open.

You can run the configuration wizard(start-->All Programs-->SolarWinds Orion-->Configuration and Auto-Discovery-->Configuration Wizard).Hope this helps.
