% Packet Loss

I've been using Orion NMP for a while today and I have a question about the basic Node Average Response Time & Packet Loss Graph. Below the graph it speaks of a '% Packet Loss is 66.00 ms.' Is this a mistake of putting ms instead of % or am I just looking at this incorrectly? Thanks
