5. Configuration of Network Monitoring (Orion NPM) can Automatic Backup Configuration ?

All your need to backup is the NetPerfMon Database, the Maps and Reports.

\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Maps & \Reports

6. Could be customize of task schedule e.g. set schedule time for discovery device every week or month.

Orion NPM rediscovers automatically existing device, but you need to manually add new devices either one by one or using the Network Discovery utility.
