Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
SESSION TIME OUT = 0
pablost
As i read in this page, i changed the session timeout to 0. After that i couldn´t enter anymore to the website.
The error is something like: SessionID =0.......please helpme, i don´t know what to do, i tried everything, reinstall web service, delete web folder and install it, but nothing....

"Session Timeout xxx minutes
The number of minutes of inactivity before Network Performance Monitor will automatically logout a user. "
You could try setting this to 0 minutes, which most likely will give infinite login time."
i tell you: tried not to post thing that you don´t know....because of you post i have this big trouble.....

You must be running an older version. In the newest build, the website will not allow you to set the timeout to 0.
To fix the website, you will need to directly edit the webengine database. With MS Access, open the file NetPerfMon.WebEngine in the WebEngine subfolder. I believe it's in the Settings table. Just change the time out, save the database and log into the website.

My bad, Sorry Pablost.
As Gonzajoh said in another post, if you have paid for maintenance on your software,
then it's best to get help from Solarwinds directly on technical issues.
