Twistie for Quick Credentials etc not expanding options

Hi,

I'm trying to amend an existing Application Monitor but the '+' twisties to get to  quick credentials and to expand out the components aren't showing anything. I can't do a reboot on the server so I was wondering if there's a service I can try restarting to fix this. I've try IIS so far.

Just tried this on Firefox 11 (previous was various flavours of IE) and it expands all the boxes not collapses

All the data for the application template is loaded already when the page is displayed. The twisty [+] to expand the information is simply a javascript function designed to make the page more usable/readable by hiding unnecessary items, so there's no particular service that controls this. It's all executed client side. It sounds like you've tried a couple of different browsers and versions which is a good first step. Also restarting IIS using the "iisreset" command line utility is a great next step. If that fails to resolve the issue I would recommend flushing your browser cache and dumping your cookies or try another machine entirely.

If all those options come up short then it's likely an issue retrieving the information from the database. This is extremely unlikely but nevertheless if you can't reboot the server then you can try restarting the Orion services using the Orion Service Manager. If the problem persists I'd recommend re-running the Configuration Wizard as a last and final step. If all else fails then contact support so we can troubleshoot this issue further.
