A few weeks ago i upgraded to 2020.2 immediately following the job engine service was taking up a TON of CPU on both additional polling engines, my CPU was 90+
It looked to be caused by the APM Probes - My servers were not over-allocated sam components. I put in a ticket with SolarWinds, they suggested it was probably corrupt during the install, weird that it happened to both of my APEs, so we rebuilt the performance counters and reinstalled the job engine and collection services and this seems to have fixed it for a few days, but the issue has resurfaced, again..
