Custom internal web-based application, need some rudimentary analytics

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but I have been tasked with providing some rudimentary analytics on an internal-only web-based custom application. Namely, number of discrete users (going back through history) and number of individual logins, over any particular time period. The custom application doesn't have any logging capabilities baked in, but IIS has normal logging enabled. Would SAM (or WPM, or another SolarWinds tool or module) be able to do this? Thanks in advance.
