Date & Time exclusions - problems with data

I have downloaded and installed the "date time exclusions" add on and when I run a report with crtain times and days excluded I only get stats from about a month back even though I have specified a longer time period. When I untick the time settings in the filter tab (in the report designer) and run the report again I get all the relevant stats. I can't seem to get my reports to work when I only include working days/hours!
Anyone else who had a similar problem and a possible solution? Using Orion version 7.5.

How long are you keeping your hourly stats in the database?
You cannot exclude hours of the day, if the stats have already been rolled up into one daily figure.
