I am having an issue with one of my APEs successfully testing an SSL Certificate Expiration Date. I was trying to add an SSL Certificate Expiration Date template onto a node and it succeeded on the first one. I then went and tested every other one and found that every other one would go through this process; select the test node, hit test, a couple seconds would pass by and I would get this pop up, "Error: There was an error processing the request." The testing circle would keep spinning until I changed the test node.
I dug through and found that the node that successfully tested via the SSL Certificate Expiration Date was being polled by my 4th polling engine. I then noticed all other nodes that failed were on my 3rd and 7th polling engine. I moved one of the nodes from the 3rd polling engine onto the 4th polling engine and the SSL template then worked. I will change the polling engines to fix this issue, but I want to try and get a better understanding of how I can figure out what the issue, and fix the issue. I am going to dig through some logs on my polling engines, but I am not sure exactly where to look. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
The last thing I want is to have some polling engines having issues via the SAM templates. Again, thanks as always for any information provided!
