SSH Hanging on HPUX

We are experiencing some behavior that is impacting our systems.  We use HPUX and it seems that the solarwinds scripts that are using SSH to logon to the system are leaving hung SSH sessions.  We had enough of them that they impacted the system causing us to restart.  Can someone tell me how to troubleshoot why this is occurring?  Or let me know if you have had this happen in your environment?

It sounds like the scripts aren't exiting properly. If you enable debug mode on the assigned application you should be able to read the logs to see what's going on with the SSH session. You may also want to configure the idle timeout setting for SSH sessions on the server.
