Solar winds in not sending email real time
Could you provide some information about the problem and when it occurs please?
The alerting engine has no such thing as a "real time" sending mechanism. The time when a Mail is sent is defined by your alert configuration.
maybe you can provide some more insights on what you are trying to accomplish and what is not working as expected just like @*chrisb* mentioned.
