Hello all. I accidently removed my administrator credential of Solarwinds SAM. Therefore Setting tab is lost and I can't configure anything. This is big problems for my work. Help me please..
This sounds like a good time for a call to Solarwinds Support. Any advice we would give could be used to circumvent proper access levels and may fall outside of the rules of THWACK.
If you have somehow deleted the default "admin" account, running the Configuration Wizard and doing a repair on the database should add it back in.
There are other options but as @gerretwalczak said, I'm not sure if it's allowed to discuss those.
