i just need last 7 days alert history with service-noe associated ticket number .

I have created the query below but you can alter it as you need. Can you please test and let me know if this is what you were looking for?

select ai.incidentnumber, ai.state, ai.description, ao.lasttriggereddatetime, n.caption, n.serverteam

from SNI_AlertIncidents as ai

inner join alertobjects as ao on ao.alertobjectid = ai.alertobjectid

inner join nodes as n on n.nodeid = ao.relatednodeid

where custompropoerty = Network
