Is it possible to customize Login Page?

Hi,

Is there any way change to login page's background image? We tried to change pattern-login-screen.png (C:\inetpub\Solarwinds\Orion\images\Login) but nothing changed. At the other hand it was working on version NPM 12.3 after upgrade it doesn't work.
