alert to monitor Cisco supervisor Card

we have a Cisco router with redundante supervisor card, and we try to know if there is a way to obtain the status of the command by email alert.,

Need more information. Is the status of the primary and secondary card available via SNMP some way?

the request is OK, ones i get the right OID, i create a new alert with this new pooler and it's working fine.
