Can anyone help with the following...
I have created a template by copying the File Existence template. Our Finance department need us to check for when certain files are rejected; they end up in an 'Error' folder. I've created the template successfully and the application monitor is green if a file 'does not exist', when a rejected file shows up in the 'Error' folder an alert is triggered.
So, this part is working however, I would like the alert to trigger every time a new rejected file arrives in the 'Error' folder, unless the previous file is deleted I don't receive another alert. Also it would be great to know which variables to use in order for the alert to display the names of the errored files. This would save our Finance team logging in regularly over the weekend to check that these files have not been rejected.
I hope that makes sense, any help or pointers to reading material would be much appreciated.
