SSL CERT EXPIRATION MONITOR FALING?

I have several SSL Cert Expiration monitors that are failing with the following error:
"Unexpected error occurred. SocketException caught. SocketError: TimedOut. Exception message: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

the monitor is only failing on this one server which has multiple IPs (multiple websites hosted on this box).
WMI seems to be working on this server, so i'm not sure what the issue is.

Anyone know a fix for this?

@ReubenBrown I would double check that the IP the component monitor is looking at is the correct IP. By default the polling IP is the one that it attempts to check, which may not be the correct IP for the website.
