Monitor disk usage on Linux

Hey all, new to the forums here. I am trying to monitor disk usage on ion RHEL5. I have seen several posts about net-snmp and simplifying the conf file, but none of those have worked forme. On the box, if I issue the snmp-walk -c public (etc etc etc) I get lots of feedback, so snmp is running, but from NPM I attempt to add that node (via name or IP) and the test fails.

any ideas?

So snmp walk is successful, but you are not able to add node into Orion? Could be caused by missing sysObjectID = 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2 which is required.

Nevermind, I lost my mind for a while there. I have verified the OID above is in the Solarwinds database. Someone who is MUCH better with Linux than I has verified SNMP is running properly on the target box in question.

Still in Orion, add node <test> fails.
