Virtual NPM does not monitor Host Hyper-V Core Server

I did a P2V conversion on my NPM 9.5 SP2 and put it on the hardware (now 2008 Hyper-V Core) it used to reside on.  However, when I add the hyper-v host server it adds fine but as soon as the wizard is complete the status switches from Up to Down (which is obviously is not since then NPM would be down, too).

It seems that SNMP is working so perhaps it is an ICMP issue (?)

Anyone know the fix?

BTW: It also classifies all my 2008 R2 Core servers as NT.

I had to reboot both the virtual Orion NPM server and the host Hyper-V Core server and when I did it no longer gave the false DOWN state for the host Hyper-V server on which it resides.  Still lists as NT but that is of lessor concern.
