How can I check what Template was used for an Existing Node being Monitored in SAM?

I would like to add a node into SAM but I don't know what template to use. There is already an existing node that is similar to the one I want to add but I don't know what template was used. How do I check for this?

There's a couple of ways of doing this, but one is:

Admin > SAM Settings > Manage Application Monitors

Under Assigned Application Monitors tab, navigate to the server. You'll see the assigne application monitors and which template they are based on.
