Moving IP database from 1st-NPM to 2nd-NPM

Dear All,

We have two NPM which the NPM-1 handle 1500 IPs and the NPM-2 handle 750 IPs.  We would like to move some of nodes in NPM-1 to NPM-2.  Is there any procedure we could do to move this database from 1st-NPM to 2nd-NPM?
