Account Limitation Error*

Hello,

seeing a "weird" issue with some nodes and "Account Limitation"

I recently added some nodes to NPM as ICMP -ONLY.  These are devices owned by a different group and we would like to report only on their availability, hence only pinging them.

When I click on any of those ICMP-Only nodes, I get a "Account limitation Error" and obviously can't access the node to see the specific availability charts for any of them.

I should add that there are no limitations on the node, our account I'm using..

Any thoughts ?

It's either account limitations or view limitations. Edit the account to see what's the criteria for your account. If that is not a suspect, drill down to a node details for a node that does work, click on customize page and see if you have any view limitations that may restrict the icmp nodes.
