Unable to include Stack Switch details in Juniper Inventory Report

Hi ,

In our environment, we using EX and SRX version's juniper devices. I have prepared juniper inventory report and included all the devices details, exclude juniper stack switch details.

For example: A SRX device which have two chassis (Stack), but able to include only one chassis number in inventory report. Even that too, i have create a poller manually in UnDP and call the same in report creation.(Custom Node Poller---Unique Name)

   But unable to add the secondary chassis name in report, like what i did for primary.

   Is there any option to include those chassis details into inventory report?

Hi Team,

Solution for the above case had been founded.

As of now solarwinds not supported for juniper stack switch details. So if we want to capture the juniper stack details in our report, do the snmp walk for the particular model and get it's OID for the serial number.

Then go to Universal device Poller ---> New Universal Device Poller ----> Orion Universal Device Poller tab (Will Open) ----> OID (Put the respective OID) -----> Name and Description of the OID ----> Show Advanced Option ----> Format (none) -----> SNMP Get Type (GET) -----> Rest all same---if we need please give the name of the group in --Default group option.

Then ---> Next ---> Assign into Particular Machine type ----> text it ---> then---> Assign it.

Finally, we can pull all the stack details report based on OID or unique name (In Custom poller node segment---> Report Management Option)
