Unable to add node (Node Management)

Hi all,

I am new user. Fyi, I try to addnode in Node Management. However, I got the following error.

Hi,

I would recommend you to open a support ticket and provide diagnostics with the website in the debug mode.

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is a generic error which will probably require to review a bunch of files to find the root cause of the issue.

I opened Case #105894 for this very issue.

I opened the case on 7/14 and did not get a response from anyone until yesterday, 7/16 after I replied to the case asking for updates.

The response I received was to check to ensure that my account still had Admin access to the system along with instructions on how to do that (kind of insulting...but ok).

So far, I am not too happy. Support on this case is sub-par, so far, and I essentially cannot perform administration tasks via the Web interface.

One month later....the case is still open and we are no closer to a solution to the problem. I have asked a question via the support case at least twice now but have not received and answer, so I'll ask it out here instead:

If I were to completely uninstall the Orion software from the server and then reinstall it, will I lose all of the custom web pages I have created?
