Switch Port Mapper swspmcdm.exe SNMP v3

We have successfully tested running the Switch Port Mapper within the Visual Basic script found elsewhere on this forum:

The scripts runs the exe using SNMPv2 credentials, essentially as follows:

\Software\SwitchPortMapper>%comspec% /c "C:\Program Files (x86)\Solarwinds\Toolset\swspmcmd.exe" switchIP switchSNMPv2CommunityString RouterWithARP_IP RouterWithARPSNMPv2CommunityString /scommv=2 /arpcommv=2 /xml /nostatus /nologo >> testoutput.txt

Is the Switch Port Mapper command line utility compatible with SNMPv3? If so, how is this run from the command line?
