solarwinds is not able to start after changing the ip address of the server

hello all,

I have a problem in starting solarwinds, when running the solarwinds console the login page appears after entering the credentials a blank page appears, or the browser says web page cannot be displayed.

this problem occurred after changing the ip address and the computer name of the solarwinds server, what setting should i edit ?!! IIS, Database ... ?!

the server's OS is windows server 2012 and the database is SQL 2008 Express.

Try running the Solarwinds Configuration Wizard, which should already be installed on your SW application server. That should resolve the issue for you.

Also make sure that if you have any devices configured to send Syslog and/or Traps to your SW server, that you change those devices' configurations to use the new destination address.

Also check the website configuration in the database table if you happened to change your FQDN as well.
