Unable to List Resources or Add Node using WMI, SNMP or ICMP

I have a Primary Poller and 2 Secondary Pollers. Occasionally, I will have an issue on one of my secondary pollers where it will not longer be able to List the resources of the Node it is monitoring nor will it be able to add a new node with WMI, SNMP or ICMP. From the Poller I can ping the Node and from my other Pollers I can List resources and add the same node.

I have tried:

Restarting the Orion Services

Restarting the Server

Running the configuration wizard on the affected poller selecting Database and Sevices (website is on the primary poller)

My Environment is:

Orion Platform 2015.1.3 HF6

NPM 11.5.3

NTA 4.1.1

SAM 6.2.3

I'm posting this because it keeps happening and I always forget the solution. The Solution, by the way, is to Run the Configuration Wizard on the Primary Poller and select Website (I didn't need to select Database or Services). Once the website rebuild is complete, my secondary poller works properly again and I am able to add node and List resources again.

Hi dsweir, thank you for the comment but as mentioned in the post attempts to use SNMP, WMI and ICMP all failed. The solution is to Run the Configuration Wizard on the Primary Poller and Select Website.
