Brocade ICX Switches (Issues with LAG showing as Shutdown)

My LAGs on my Brocade ICX switches appear as shutdown on SolarWinds NPM. I have no idea what the cause is... I don't have this issue with Cisco devices. I need this fixed ASAP!
