why is EDIT not available in Preview

i'm trying to use this TOP 10 Percent Packet Loss resource View along with other views typically used by some users assigned to a Custom Menu Bar.

this same resource shows the EDIT button when logged in as 'admin' and using PREVIEW but when i try to use it as an Added Resource in a new view the EDIT button is not there.

any ideas why EDIT is not available when i try to add it as a new resource view?

Are you logged in as Admin, or a user with Admin rights?

The reason I ask is that I just had the same type deal / question, but when I logged in as Admin boom, there it was.

Might have something to do with the "Integrated Tool set option" being checked on the userid that has admin rights, but that is my current theroy...

i am logged in with 'admin'

i was able to include a different view yesterday, the one named NODES WITH PROBLEMS and the EDIT was available on that one, so i created the Filter i needed.

But this one today, TOP 10 NODES BY PERCENT PACKET LOSS, just does not show the Edit button when i use Preview.

i wonder if all those TOP xx Views only have Edit available for the primary resource NETWORK SUMMARY and nothing else.

Yeah, I just noticed this as well. I created a new summary view and added all of the Top 10 resources. The edit button is not available for any of these resources. The edit button is available for non-"Top XX Lists" resources that I add.

Help!!!

I too have no Edit button available on any of the new views I have created.
When I add a resource to this view and either preview it, or save it anf then view it, there is no Edit button on any of the resources to assign the properies I want to the resource....

Running Orion 9.1SP4 with APM2.5
Logged in with full admin rights - no toolset integration.
When I log in with a different account (with full admin rights)I can see the Edit buttons fine.
