We ran into an issue while running configuration wizard – wizard just disappear from screen, this stop us to move further with configuration we have also verified task manager if the wizard is running in background but there nothing listed there.
We have engage soalrwinds support to troubleshoot the issue, tried below steps to deal with issue:-
- 1. Uninstall and reinstalled soalrwinds modules, run config wizard again.
- 2. Granted full access to user, ran wizard again with “Run as administrator option”.
- 3. Disable the antivirus software.
- 4. Updated SWNetPerfMon.DB (database connection details) files with the same setting from old servers.
None of the above option worked, Finally we need to roll back to the old setup.
can any one in the group provide any update or resolution to the issue.
