repeated alert messages

I would like to have Orion repeatedly alert me for some of the alerts we have running, like a Free Diskspace alert. If the spaceused > 85% then it alerts. But i would like it to tell me again after say 4 hours if its still > 85%. typically you will get a single message that the drive is reached the threshold level and another when it is reset but nothing to remind you that the drive is getting full.

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The beta Alert Engine can do just what you're looking for. In addition to repeating the alert ever XX hours while the condition still exists, you can escalate the Alert after a specified amount of time and perform a different action (such as email a different engineer).

To get the beta Alert Engine, login to the Customer Area of the SolarWinds.net website and go to Additional Components for Orion.

*Note: You must have active maintenance on your Orion license to get this download.
