SNMP Producing not producing valid cpu and memory data

SNMP data has been setup for several nodes but data being produced seems incorrect. Showing up as -2 or blank. Why can that be? Any assistance appreciated.

It looks that poller has been incorectly assigned. I mean SNMP is looking at wrong OID in device MIB. So my suggestion is to use another poller or create new one.
