UNmanaged node generated an alert

Question

I still have Orioin 8.5.1 SP3 in place (probably only for another week or so) and I recently added a new node. I then set it to an unmanaged status as I did some work on it

I rebooted it while it was in an unmanaged state and then received a reboot alert from Orion.  Am I wrong or shouldn't an  "unmanaged" status prevent ANY alerts pertaining to the unmanaged device from being sent ??

Is this a bug or a feature ?

Any workaround on this?

I'm receiving emails when unmanaged nodes get back up (we usually unmanage them when they're down for service for longer or shorter time)

Also, no alert have been set up in the alerts list, where do I change the email address these alerts are being sent to.

The mail I recieve is this:

Subject: Unmanagede node: NODE NAME (node.ip.address) up

Message body: Unmanaged node responding to ping

Two ways:* In the web console, under Node Management, simply check the box next to the node and choose Manage/Unmanage from the toolbar.

* In the System Manager, open the Node Details for the unmanaged node and simply click Manage.
